SmartLandlord is operated in Spain by Jordi Bofill Mombrú, who resides in Alella, Barcelona.

He is responsible for the platform's operations, development, and customer service in the Spanish market.

The “SmartLandlord” brand is owned by SmartLandlord LTD and is used in the Spanish market under a licensing agreement.

The platform was developed entirely in Python and Django and uses a scalable cloud architecture. Our hosting servers are managed by Strato in Germany, while the database is located in the Microsoft Azure cloud (region: Germany/Western Europe). Therefore, all data is securely stored within the European Union, protected in accordance with the strict standards of the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Safety and stability

All systems are designed to ensure reliability and stability. Regular backups, encrypted data transmission, optional two-factor authentication (2FA), and continuous monitoring ensure maximum security.

SmartLandlord operates at the intersection of artificial intelligence and the real estate sector: AI models perform analyses, evaluate locations, calculate returns, generate market forecasts, and automatically generate reports in PDF format. This drastically reduces manual work while increasing the reliability of the results.

Our pricing model consists of four tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Each tier differs only in terms of usage volume, not in the features included. We also offer an annual plan: 12 months of service for the price of 10 months—clear, simple, and transparent.

7. Data Protection and Security

Data protection is an integral part of SmartLandlord. All data processing takes place exclusively within the European Union. The servers and databases are located in the Microsoft Azure region “Western Europe (Germany)” and are protected in accordance with the highest security standards.

SmartLandlord is fully compliant with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). At any time, you may:
